I just wanted to let you know that we both were thrilled & delighted by the event on Sunday 4th September. The luncheon went extremely well and the staff in both the kitchen & Wimbledon Room were thoughtful, effcient, they knew thier job, totally professional, which resulted in a superb, very enjoyable and happy party.

I wanted to say a big thank you to you and the Lensbury team who helped make our day truly amazing and without doubt the best day of our lives. We had a wonderful, wonderful day and the sun came out just before our ceremony finished so we were able to get outside for our official photos. Once again, a huge thank you to everyone at Lensbury for making our day so amazing.

We are delighted to take the time to write a well deserved 'THANK YOU' to the whole team!! Our wedding celebrations on Saturday 16th April were made even more memorable and unforgettable by the superb quality of service and professionalism displayed by every single member of staff that we had pleasure to encounter on the day and beforehand. Quite simply, the day flowed smoothly from start to finish and the one hundred plus guests unanimously enjoyed a fantastic occasion which will be remembered by all for a long time to come! Many many thanks again and well done to you all-we would not hesitate to recommend your 'well oiled machine-with the personal touch!' to anyone considering any kind of celebration. Our day at the Lensbury was amazing. We arrived at the venue via boat and from the second we stepped off the jetty until our last dance everything was perfect. The venue looked beautiful on the day and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. All our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their dinner! A special thank you to all the staff who helped make our wedding day so special and memorable. Louise and Anthony.

I just wanted to send a email to thank both yourself an your team for such a wonderful Wedding Reception on Sunday. The overall service was excellent especially Martina who kept the evening flowing amazingly and Greg who was our waiter at lunch - they really deserve a special thank you as they were just spot on. I would like to thank you especially for organising the casino which was very well received by my guests and compliments to the chef as my guests greatly enjoyed the buffet. It really could not have gone any better and both Andy and I had a great evening...so if you could share our thanks to all involved that would be brill:-) I will definitely keep Lensbury in mind for any other functions I may be organising. Just a note to thank you for your help preparing for our wedding on the 13th June. Please pass on our thanks to Ros for the lovely flowers and arrangements. Please feed back to your team how great the food was especially the Thai buffet and also how good the staff were on both nights but especially the very patient staff on the Tuesday night. Everything went very well the organisation and facilities were excellent and all staff very attentive and helpful. There were several senior people who had not been to Lensbury for some years, and all commented on the improvements in facilities and service. Also we were hosting a contractor, and they were also impressed. It would not surprise me if they give you business in the future also.

A belated but nonetheless huge thank you to everyone at The Lensbury for making our event such a success last week. Everything went according to plan and everyone was delighted! As you know it can be stressful running an event like this but we were so well supported that it was actually enjoyable. I thought my room was very comfortable and well equipped – great shower and such a relief to have a hair dryer you can use in front of a mirror (plenty of places don’t)!

Just wanted to say thanks and that I got very good feedback about the away day and services – it seems they were well taken care of and they loved the food and rooms. The Board are very keen to have it there when we have our away day with staff and clients in the London region again. I was personally disappointed to miss it as I had a chest infection.
